Commercial inquiries throughout Nevada. For a project, the quote form gets you a faster and more useful answer than a phone call.
Getting a useful answer quickly
For anything involving a specific floor, the quote form is the faster route because it collects what we need to answer properly: square footage, flooring material, current condition, access hours, and whether the property can be phased. A call without those details usually ends with us asking for them.
- Property location and type
- Approximate square footage, separated by area type where possible
- Flooring material, if known, and photographs if available
- Access hours and any after-hours arrangements
- Whether you are looking at one-time work or a recurring program
Multi-location and portfolio inquiries
Send the full site list. We will work through square footage, surface types, and access per property, and a consistent standard can be applied across the portfolio while each building keeps a schedule that suits its own hours.
How Nevada coverage actually works
Inquiries are accepted from anywhere in Nevada. Availability for a particular project is confirmed against location, size, required service, access and schedule, and for some parts of the state that confirmation depends on how the work can be grouped.
In the Las Vegas valley and the Reno-Sparks area, properties are close enough together that a crew can cover several in a night and intervals can be tight. Outside those two markets — Pahrump, Fallon, Winnemucca, Elko, Ely, Tonopah, Battle Mountain, the Lincoln County communities — distance is a real factor. Work there is normally planned as a block covering several properties in one visit, or grouped along a corridor such as US 95, US 93 or Interstate 80. A larger scope carried out less often is usually both cheaper and better for a remote building than repeated short calls, so it is worth telling us about everything you need doing rather than the single most urgent item.
What to include, by property type
The details that make a quote accurate differ by what the building does. If any of these apply, including them at the start saves an exchange.
- Property that cannot close
- How the floor can be phased, which routes have to stay open, and who signs each section back into service. On resort, gaming and healthcare property this shapes the plan more than the square footage does.
- Industrial and distribution
- Slab area and coated office or welfare area given separately, the dock-door count, and whether the building is heated — the last one determines what is possible in a northern winter.
- Multi-tenant retail or centers
- The unit list with area and surface per unit. Condition varies enormously between units in one center, and the sequence is built from that rather than from a total.
- Schools and civic buildings
- The summer or holiday window dates. Everything else in the plan is built around them.
- Seasonal property
- Your season dates and shoulder weeks. At Lake Tahoe in particular those windows are short and contested, so they need booking well ahead.
- Historic or converted buildings
- What the floor is, as far as you know, and a photograph if you are unsure. Identifying the surface correctly matters more than anything else in the quote, and some surfaces should not be coated at all.
What happens next
A quote request is read against the five things that decide the recommendation: what the floor is, what is already on it, whether the damage sits above or below the coating, whether what looks like wear is actually contamination, and what window the building can release. Where those are clear from what you send, we can usually respond without a site visit. Where they are not — most often because the surface is unidentified or the condition is hard to judge from photographs — we will say what we need rather than quote around the gap.
If the answer is that a floor needs something we do not offer — stone polishing, terrazzo restoration, concrete grinding, epoxy systems, wood-floor refinishing, or flooring replacement — we will say so and tell you what kind of contractor to look for.
Commercial properties only
We work on commercial properties, managed facilities, construction projects, and professionally managed common areas. We do not quote or schedule floor care for private homes, individual apartments, or residential housekeeping, and we would rather say so here than take up your time.
